Seabel report : "Olympic Alliance" : 12th November 1975
This report gives a short summary of the accident with the Greek motortanker "Olympic Alliance" and discusses the emergency response actions taken by the computermodel "Seabel" involving three cases: worst case, most probable case and real case. An evaluation is made of the actions according to "Seabel" and compared to the real actions taken.
