Preliminary study on the development of a functional screening test for (anti)estrogens
Objective of the study was to test the feasibility of developing a functional screening test for (anti)estrogenic compounds. The functional screening test is based on in vitro recombinant receptor/reporter gene assays and forms the basis for future long-term (PhD) research in the reproductive effects of (anti)estrogens.
