OSS pilot project final report

The purpose of the OSS (Operator Support System) map is to provide a good presentation to the operators to help them manage the traffic. In this report the map production stages (with example maps illustrating the major aspects of the processes), the algorithms developed and the state of the editing facilities are described, and suggestions for further work are given.
