Effect of microphone height and presence of guard rails on noise levels
This report discusses the results of a study carried out into the effect guardrails can have on the noise transmission between source and microphone in the context of traffic noise measurements on motorways. The results are based on noise measurements performed on test sections along the A76 motorway near Heerlen.
