SWAN verification of refraction over a steep slope and a tidal flat : a laboratory study

The objectives of this study are to create a data set of measurements on waves refracting over an idealized (steep) slope and horizontal tidal flat for low frequency waves with large angles of incidence in a 2D basin. The collected dataset was post-processed, analyzed and used to compare with SWAN model output, in order to verify the performance of the model.\r\n
