Seabel report : "Anna Broere" : 27th May 1988
A short description is given of the accident with the Dutch chemical carrier "Anna Broere" and discusses the emergency response action taken by the computermodel "Seabel" involving three cases: worst case, most probable case and real case. An evaluation is made of the actions according to "Seabel" and compared to the real actions taken.
