Seabel report : "Katina" : 7th June 1982
This report gives a short description of the accident with the Greek motortanker "Katina" and discusses the emergency response actions taken by the computermodel "Seabel" involving two cases: most probable case and real case. An evaluation is made of the actions according to "Seabel" and compared to the real actions taken.
