To get a better view of all kind of basic-accidents that could possibly happen, a schedule has been made of all basic-situations concerning a free spill, a spill on board a ship or running out of ship or a spill on board a platform or running out of platform. Besides these there are criteria which can influence the way of responding to the accident. All these criteria are put in a list . Using the schedule and the list, it will be in the future much easier to select the response actions that must be taken at the time of the accident.
