Technical Documentation GRADE 3.0 part III : models Meuse

In this report a description is given of the models that are used in the GRADE 3.0 system and more specific for the Meuse upstream of Borgharen. Two models are described, the HBV model covering the whole Meuse basin and the SOBEK3-1D2D model for the reach from Chooz to Eijsden. The main difference between GRADE 2.0 and GRADE 3.0 is the introduction of the new SOBEK3-1D2D model for the Meuse between Chooz and Eijsden. This model replaces the existing SOBEK-RE model.
