Ecoassays : an exploratory study : on the possible application of ecoassays in the context of the Water Framework Directive

The aim of this exploratory study is to ascertain whether and how ecoassays can be used to meet Water Framework Directive (WFD) requirements. Ecoassay is a collective term for a package of biological tests used to identify the causes of bad ecological status, whether they be chemical, hydromorphological or ecological.
