Time to tame our speed? : a study of the socio-economic cost and benefits of speed reduction of passenger cars : primary report
Concentrates on the following three questions: - How should speed reductions be applied to make sure that the most advantageous result is produced in terms of costs and benefits?; - Under which circumstances would society accept speed restrictions?; and - What strategic policy could be envisaged to form the basis for the introduction of speed reductions? This study is confined to passenger car traffic.
