Scientific and technical progress report June 1993 - June 1994 : NOURTEC
Nourtec deals with the evaluation of three experimental shoreface nourihment projects. The projects and dates of construction are: Torsminde Tange (DK), Norderney (D), Terschelling (NL). During the first year emphasis of the studies carried out as part of Nourtec has been on testing of measurement systems and data collection. Only a limited amount time was available for analysis and interpretation. The collected data falls in the following categories: Bathymetric surveys ; Sediment characteristics ; Boundary Conditions ; Process Measurements.
