Perception of external safety : exploring the possibilities of integration of perception of external safety into the decision-making

The main objective of this research is to explore the possibilities of integrating perception of external safety in the assessment phase of a project. The perception should be integrated in a structural and transparent way, without the consequences of delay of the complete descision making process. The main question to be answered is: what are the possibilities for the development of a method with which the effects of infrastructure projects on perception of external safety can be defined before the project is carried out, in a way that it can be integrated in the assessment phase of a project?
