Suitability of the AutoScope system for the Dutch Dynamic Traffic Management system
Traffic information systems based on video are an interesting option which can replace or complement the usage of induction loops. Only recently video detection systems have become commercially available and their usefulness for traffic applications has to be investigated. In this report the suitability of the AutoScope video detection system is evaluated.
