Policy Analysis and Scenario development for Passenger transpORT (PASPORT) : phase 1 : main volume
The purpose of the policy analysis study PASPORT is to examine the benefits and costs of a broad range of policy options for mitigating the negative impacts of the expected growth in passenger transport. In phase 1 a research plan for such an examination is developed. The first steps of the policy analysis process are carried out: system definition ; specification of the policy analysis framework ; scenario development and impact assessment ; audit of existing tools ; synthesis.
