Knowledge management from a social scientific perspective
In chapter 2 knowledge processes, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation, are described from a social scientific perspective. This is the starting point for chapter 3, in which the cultural antecedents of these processes are scrutinized. In chapter 4, insight into these antecedents are translated into hypotheses on knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. Chapter 5 describes the research methods used in this study. Chapter 6 describes the research results. These results are discussed in chapter 7 to formulate conclusions and recommendations on knowledge sharing and knowledge creation in general and for Dry Infrastructure (DI) in particular.
