Passive optical bathymetry with Caesar
In addition to experiments with passive optical bathymetry with Landsat-TM the project CAESAR bottom has been started, with the main objective to compare the accuracy of the estimated depth of CAESAR with those of Landsat-TM. In June 1989 a flight was carried out above the North Sea near IJmuiden. For the comparison the data of an earlier flight near Scheveningen have also been analyzed.
