Karen : foundation for transport telematics deployment in the 21st century : framework Architecture for ITS in Europe

During the last several years, transport telematics has come to the forefront as a valid alternative to tackle traffic prolems. This brochure introduces a solid foundation for a balanced and effective introduction of Intelligent Transport Systems on local, regional or national levels.
