BOSS-STM : phase 2: model implementation and evaluation
Documents part of the second phase in the further development of STM (Statistical Traffic Model), as part of the START system (Simulation of Traffic for Application in Real-Time), to develop START into a decision support system called BOSS (BeslissingsOnderSteunend Systeem). The evaluation of the revised model is described, on the Zoetermeer network and a part of the Amsterdam network. Conclusions are drawn after which a view on the further development of the model is given.
