Annual report ANT smelt 2011 : a changing role for smelt, Osmerus eperlanus, in the Lake IJsselmeer en Lake Markermeer foodweb? Climate- and nutrient-induced changes in ecosystem functioning

Study should unravel the mechanisms underlying the decline of smelt in the Lake IJsselmeer/Markermeer area. A combinatioen of field work en laboratory experiments will be carried out and populations models wil be used to assess the processes.
