Guidelines for RTS architecture desciptions

Contains general guidelines for making and reading architecture descriptions concerning all systems for dynamic management and associated systems related to the main road network, which in this document are collectively referred to as road traffic systems (RTSs). These guidelines are intended for everyone involved in the outsourcing and development of RTSs.
