Problem-oriented approach and the use of indicators

Describes the development and implementation of indicators, which can be used to attain the objectives of monitoring and assessment programs. The objective is to develop a guideline for a tailor-made selection and the implementation of indicators for groundwater monitoring and assessment programs and to incorporate this in the "Guidelines on Transboundary Groundwater Monitoring Assessment".
