User survey of motorways in the Netherlands

This report is a complete overview of the user's opinion on the motorways in the Netherlands. It begins with the terms of reference for the survey. This includes a detailed description of the random sampling method. Chapter 2 deals with the profile of the user. Chapter 3 discusses the assessment of the user of the motorways in the Netherlands, about the roads and the facilities, Chapter 4 deals with the surroundings of the motorways, Chapter 5 deals with traffic information, Chapter 6 deals with the tailbacks, and Chapter 7 has to do with safety. The overall assessment of the Directorate General of Public Works and Water Management Authority, and suggestions for improvement have been presented under Chapter 8.
