Implementation of the new time-of-day model : voorbereidingsfase LMS 8.0

This document forms part of the reporting of the project?LMS Versie 8.0 Voorbereidingsfase?. This study is laying foundations for an improved and updated version of the LMS (Landelijk Model Systeem). A key development in the new model will be the incorporation of a new time-of-day (ToD) model, i.e. a model predicting the choice of the time at which travellers will make their journeys. This document discusses how the implementation of the new ToD model should be undertaken.
