Seabel "decision-making model"
The Seabel system is a computerized decision support system and is meant to support people concerned with taking decisions in case of chemical spillages at sea. The system consists of modules each covering a separate function. These modules are described in this report. The use of Seabel in the Anna Broere case is shown.
