Oil spillages 1975-1988 : reports on combat actions

This report gives a summary of a number of actions taken by the North Sea Directorate of the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management to combat oil spillages at sea. The following actions are considered: Pacific Colocotronis, Olympic Alliance, Eleni V, Katina, Orleans, Olympic Dream and Borcea. The actions described in this report are also used to test the computer program "Seabel" before it became operational. A description of the computermodel "Seabel" and a list of the published "Seabel" reports are also presented.
