AVV Dynamic Assignment : final report

The broad objectives of the project reported here are to test whether the expectations of the future development of congestion and the effectiveness of policy measures depend on the assumptions within the National Model System (NMS) regarding assignment technique ; and to investigate how much these expectations change under varying assignment assumptions. This report aims to achieve two goals: to provide a summary of the main findings of the technical study ; to discuss implications for practice in the Netherlands, with particular reference to the National Model System. This study is part of AIUTO project (models and methodologies for the Assessment of Innovative Urban Transport systems and policies Options).
