Grain-Size and gradation effects on sediment transport under sheet-flow conditions : part 2: data-analysis and modelling
Study is a part of a research program which is aimed at improving the understanding of the sediment transport processes under combined wave-current conditions in the sheet-flow regime. The main objective of this research program is the mathematical modelling of sand transport processes. The experimental program in the Large Oscillating Water Tunnel (LOWT) provides the necessary data for model improvement and development and a better understanding of the physical processes.
