Seabel report : "Olympic Dream" : 25th January 1987
A short summary is given of the accident with the Greek motortanker "Olympic Dream" and discusses the emergency response actions taken by the computermodel "Seabel" involving three cases: worst case, most probable case and real case. An evaluation is made of the actions according to "Seabel" and compared to the real actions taken.
