PQN final report

This report contains an overview of the results of the PQN project. It is Part C of the Final Report - Executive Summary. In its paper version this report includes a CD-ROM that holds all parts of the Fianl Report plus additional files (Country Reports, STSM report, Literature survey and the Data availability survey).
