The ISM Code and Port State Control : The consequences of non-compliance

General information about the consequences of non-compliance to the International Safety Management Code (ISM code). The code must be implemented by July 1, 1998 by owners/managers of oi! tankers, chemical tankers, gas carriers, bulk carriers and cargo high-speed craft of 500 gross tonnage and over, and all passenger ships.
