European road user survey 2004

The main aim of this study is to identify performance indicators for user satisfaction with the Trans European Road Network (TERN), by means of interviewing professional users (lorry and coachdrivers). They are asked to evaluate the network of a country they just travelled in (most recent experience on their last trip) and as well the network of their own country. This study covers the countries Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Denmark, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
