Perspectives memo for traffic and transport = Perspectives d'une Nouvelle Politique des Transports : Perspektivmemorandum Verkehrs- und Transportentwicklung

The perspectives memo is an intermediate step on the road to the National Traffic& Transport Plan (NTTP = Nationaal Verkeer- en vervoersplan NVVP). It is a discussion document, bringing together the most important problems, and possuble solutions, in traffic and transport. Offers an agenda for discussion of the NTTP, in which new developments and ideas can be included.
