Calculation of atmospheric deposition of contaminants on the North Sea
For this study deposition on the North Sea and the Dutch estuaries has been calculated for heavy metals and pesticides. The model used for the calculations is the TREND (EUTREND) model, and atmospheric processes included in the model are emission, dispersion, advection, chemical conversion and wet and dry deposition.
