Predicting the impact of carpooling policies : outcomes of a fundamental research project : report

Contains an overview of the international literature on models which can be used to predict the number of carpoolers and the impact of policy measures on carpooling. The structure and contents of an envisaged carpool model for The Netherlands are discussed. The emphasis is on the question which parts of the literature can be used in this initiative and which elements of the model have to be built new.
