A comparison of the hydrology in the Danube and Rhine Deltas : report of an internship on hydrology at the Directorate Flevoland of the Directorate General for Public Works and Water Management in cooperation with the Danube Delta Institute

The cooperation programme between Directorate Flevoland and the Danube Delta Institute includes a comparison of the Danube Delta and Rhine Delta. This report tries to find common aspects and differences between these deltas and gives information about topology, profile, climate discharge prediction and others. For both ecological systems the man factor is the hydrology. The report concludes with recommendations for the set-up of further research.
