Construction raw materials policy and supply practices in Northwestern Europe : facts & figures - The Netherlands

Six regional reports and the summary report resulting from the international raw materials research project carried out from November 2001 until june 2003. Background to the study have been the ongoing changes in raw materials supply and the more international character of the raw materials market. The study was conducted to gather information on all kinds of construction raw materials, and as a bench-marking study for best-practices. The regional reports describe the state-of-the-art and state-of-affairs with respect to raw materials policy and supply practices in the countries around The Netherlands or bordering the North Sea: the German states of Lower Saxony and North-Rhine Westphalia, Belgium, The United Kingdom, Norway, Denmark and The Netherlands itself. Subject to the study have been all primary, secondary and renewable construction and building raw materials.
