Sigmo Study

Described is the "SIGMO" study and the methodological framework of disaggregate behavioural models used in aggregate forecasting systems. A set of specifications and coefficients is developed which allow improvements to be made to the way transport forecasting is done in the Netherlands. Analyses have been on a survey of travel patterns in the Amsterdam conurbation. Home based worktrips and other home based trips are modelled separately.
