BOSS-STM : phase 1: determination of the requirements for further development of the STM
Documents the first phase in the further development of STM (Statistical Traffic Model), as part of the START system (Simulation of Traffic for Application in Real-Time), to develop START into a decision support system called BOSS (BeslissingsOnderSteunend Systeem). An overview of the state of development is given, the required changes to the system are determined, and the further developments are discussed, prioritised and brought into a workplan/schedule.
