From highstreet to electronic highway? : the future image of shopping
This study discusses which players have an interest in offering teleshopping services in the future. It also reflects on questions regarding consumer's use of these services: will they replace the existing shopping patterns with new ones based on telecommunication? Describes the developments in retail and shopping both in the UK and the Netherlands and future teleshopping scenarios.
