COST 322 : low floor buses : the low floor bus system : final report of the action

Decribes how the low floor bus system works in achieving easy access for all customers. In part I, the findings of the COST 322 Action are presented, including the Committee's experience and recommendations. Topics treated are: the vehicle, the infrastructure to and at busstops, training of staff and passengers, marketing and implementation. Part II contains individual papers to illustrate the different initiatives in several participating European countries in order to reflect various solutions.
