System concept of a generic road management system : GERDIEN : General European Road Data Information Exchange Network : DRIVE-II project number V2044, deliverable no 13, workpackage no. SP2.WP3
Contains the detailed system design of the GRMS-prototype in the GERDIEN infrastructure. Generic Road Management Systems (GRMS) are a family of systems with common characteristics at the regional and national level of the road network. The presented design has enabled the development of an empty shell system (the prototype) that forms the basis for the integration of the selected ATT (Advanced Transport Telematics) applications in the GERDIEN project.
