Seaworthy : derivation of micropollutant risk levels for the North Sea and Wadden Sea
In 1991 a document was published, presenting 'General Environmental Quality criteria (limit values and target values) for micropollutant levels in soils, freshwaters and freshwater sediments. The present report evaluates whether these critera provide adequate protection for marine ecosystems, and aims to furnish data with which to establish 'Special Environmental Quality' criteria for the North Sea and the Wadden Sea.
