The housing assignment problem can be briefly described as the problem of optimal distribution of new houses to the people who have applied for them, according to the goals of urban development policy which should be reached. Teh main purpose of this report is not to solve the whole problem, but to make some analysis of it and to say something about the possibilities of improving.
