Emission inventory shipping sector (inland waterway and marine) : EMS shipping sector : final report

The objective of this project was to gain an overview of available knowledge on the emissions of the shipping (sea shippping and inland shipping) sector in the Netherlands. Chapter 2 gives an overview of the approaches and methodology for the several phrases. Chapter 3 details the result of the data evaluation. Chapter 4 describes the selection of key information and the gap analysis based on the data assessment. Chapter 5 expands the approaches for setting up a pilot EMS. Chapter 6 contains the descriptions for the three possible approaches for an EMS and the Pilot Action Plan. This plan is useful for the set-up and execution of an EMS-pilot. Chapter 7 details the conclusions and recommendations of the study.
