A demonstration policy evaluation of the Dutch Second Transport Structure Plan (SVV)

Final report of a research study commissioned by the Netherlands Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management. It has 3 major objectives: to design a methodology that can be used to help explain which actions taken in respons to the SVV caused observed effects; to demonstrate the methodology on a subset of the SVV actions; to document the methodology so that it can be applied more broadly at some future time.
