Seabel report : "Eleni V" : 6th May 1978
A short description is given of the accident with the Greek motortanker "Eleni V" and discusses the emergency response actions taken by the computermodel "Seabel" involving three cases: worst case, most probable case and real case. An evaluation is made of the actions according to "Seabel" and compared to the real actions taken.
