Seabel report : "Pacific Colocotronis" : 28th September 1975
This thesis gives a summary of the accident with the Greek motortanker "Pacific Colocotronis" and discusses the emergency response actions taken by the computermodel "Seabel" involving three cases: worst case, most probable case and real case. An evaluation is made of the actions according to "Seabel" and compared to the real actions taken.
