Data exchange between TIC-NL and TIC-NRW : executive summary

An executive summary of the implementation of the interchange of traffic information messages between TIC Nederland and and the TIC in Nordrhein Westfalen (henceforth called the TIC2TIC project). In this project a system has been built for operational use, not a prototype system. Therefore proper specifications and documentation were made and the solutions in the project were pragmatic and as simple as possible.
