Stochastic decision models for ra&m : a brief methodological overview

In this report an attempt is made to summarize the objectives, conceptual frames and general modelling techniques of environmental risk analysis and management. A particular emphasis is placed on stochastic model forms, highlighting their main features, potentials and theoretical-numerical limitations. Finally, some existing and prospective applications in environmental risk analysis and management are indicated.
